The Tribune (San Luis Obispo, CA) San Luis Obispo-based telecommunications company Call America Inc. has changed its name to Utility Telephone. The name change comes five years after Stockton-based Utility Telephone acquired the company. Utility Telephone has 22 employees at its San Luis Obispo office.
